We provide advisory services to clients on licensing and regulatory compliances under Lao applicable laws, concession and project development agreements, licensing and regulatory requirements imposed by competent regulators in relation to hydropower projects and infrastructure sectors. We have advised clients to develop a code of conduct, standard rules, and self-monitory and compliance procedures to reduce clients’ risk and costs related to Government inspection and supervision.
