Hung Phothilard worked for Sivath & Associates in Vientiane for three years before co-founding Phomsoupha & Son. During her legal career, she assisted senior lawyers in ligating a number of cases and reviewing many commercial contracts. Miss Phothilard passed the Lao Bar Association and became a lawyer in 2023. Miss Phothilard graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, the National University of Laos, Vientiane Capital, Laos.
