We have provided legal advice for clients regarding greenfield projects, coal energy projects, and hydropower projects. Our Director and his lawyer colleagues have provided advice for our clients, including negotiating and drafting MOUs, project development agreements, land lease agreements, and BOT agreements, PPAs, EPC contracts, international financing contracts, concession agreements, financing agreements, operation, and maintenance agreements, and addressing Lao law issues. We have been advising essential project stakeholders, including government authorities, sponsors, contractors, and financial institutions.

Our Director has been involved in project agreement preparation of several notable projects, including Nam Theun 2 Hydropower Project, Theun-Hinboun Hydropower Project, Houay Ho Hydropower Project, Hongsa Thermal Power Project, Xayaburi Hydropower Project, Don Sahong Hydropower Project, Nam Ngum 2 Hydropower Project, Nam Ou Cascade Hydropower Schemes, to name a few, and other major independent power producer projects (IPP) internationally financed but constructed in Laos.
