Bounpasith Leuangvilay

Phomsoupha & Son is assisted by Bounpasith Leuangvilay, a Lao lawyer specialising in litigation. Previously, he had practised laws in Sivath & Associates, Allen & Gledhill, and Allianz General Laos for many years. Mr. Leuangvilay passed the Lao Bar Association and became the Lao Barrister in 2013. He is also a visiting lecturer to the courses, where candidates for barristers, public prosecutors, and judges are trained, at the Lao National Institute of Justice. Now, He is the head of the Litigation Division at Phomsoupha & Son Law. Mr. Leuangvilay was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Judicial Law by the National University of Laos, and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law taught in French at the University of Bordeaux franchised in Vietnam. In 2004, he did an internship at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France. Mr. Leuangvilay has litigated a number of civil and commercial cases in the Lao courts for many years.
