Mr. Souvandy graduated with dual Bachelor&#8217;s degrees in Art &amp; Business Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science and English Department, the Faculty of Letters, the University of Laos. Mr. Souvandy also obtained a Master\u2019s degree taught in the Korean language at the Cheongju University, Cheongju City, Chungcheongbuk-do Province, Republic (South) of
