specialised in his legal advice surrounding investment law, international commercial, corporate, financial, private and public laws. He serves a wide range of clients, including government agencies, investors, and international agencies, in dealing with commercial contracts without limitation concession and power purchase agreements and project agreements such as credit facilities agreements and related debt instruments. Many major power generation projects, including the Nam Theun 2 HPP-Solar Hybrid PP, Hongsa Coal-Fired Power Plant, Don Sahong HPP, Pak Beng HPP, Xekaman 1 HPP, Xekaman 3 HPP, Sekong 4A&amp;B, Nam Phak Hydro-Solar PP, and infrastructure projects such as Toll Road Project, Paper Pulp, and tourist resorts have used P&amp;Son\u2019s legal service. In respect of international arbitration, during the past 15 years, Mr Phomsoupha has represented a number of Laos-based claimants or respondents in international dispute resolution efforts instituted through SIAC, Singapore, and AIAC, Malaysia.
